Union Network International è una delle maggiori Federazioni delle Organizzazioni dei Lavoratori con circa 400 sindacati di 120 nazioni che rappresentano circa 16 milioni di lavoratori in tutto il mondo. E' strutturata in 4 macro aree regionali di cui Euro-Fiet è la rappresentanza presso l'Unione Europea. Euro-Fiet è accreditata presso il Comitato Sociale ed Economico della Commissione Europea ed è rappresentata presso il Comitato Esecutivo del SEC.

Union Network International is one of the biggest Federations of Workers Organizations with approximately 400 unions from 120 nations, which represent around 16 million workers throughout the world. It is made up of 4 macro regional areas, of which U.N.I. is the representative at the European Union. U.N.I. is accredited at the Social Economic Committee of the European Commission and is represented at the Executive Committee of the SEC.
